Vocabulary

sentence (n)句子, a group of words, usually containing a verb, that expresses a thought in the form of a statement, question, instruction, or exclamation and starts with a capital letter when written:
E.g.: Sorry, could you just say that last sentence again please?
E.g.: ‘Bob’ is the subject of the sentence ‘Bob threw the ball’.

messed up (adj)-unhappy and emotionally confused:
E.g.: She was really messed up as a teenager.

E.g.: Don’t stare at people like that, it’s rude.

script-脚本, the words of a film, play or speech:
E.g.: During certain scenes of the play there isn’t any script and the actors just improvise.
