Vocabulary

stiff (adj): 1-not easily bent or moved. 2-If you are stiff or part of your body is stiff, your muscles hurt when they are moved:
E.g.1: This hair spray has made my hair stiff.
E.g.2: Sitting still at a computer all day can give you a stiff neck.

cramp (n): 1-a sudden painful tightening in a muscle, often after a lot of exercise, that limits movement: CRAMPS-pains in the lower stomach caused by a woman’s period
E.g.: I’ve got cramp in my foot.

shallow (adj): 1- having only a short distance from the top to the bottom.
E.g.: She told her children to stay in the shallow end of the swimming pool.

shallows(n): the shallow part of an area of water.
E.g.: Alligators live in the shallows.

alligator (n): 1-a large reptile with a hard skin that lives in and near rivers and lakes in the hot, wet parts of America and China. It has a long nose that is slightly wider and shorter than that of a crocodile.
E.g.: What is this animal? It is an alligator.

crocodile (n): 1-It is like an alligator, but it usually has a longer and narrower nose:
E.g.: Humans, dogs, elephants and dolphins are all mammals, but birds, fish and crocodiles are not.
