In my opinion, I think the perfect workday is 8 hours per day and four and a half days per week. Everyday, you start work at 8:30AM and finish it at 5PM. You have half an hour for lunch and if you spend more time for lunch, you should finish your work later. But no one will supervise you，so you must be self-conscious. I think the flexible is the best. If people who want to start and finish work early, they can choose early time, and if staff who like begin their wok late, they also can choose it. The only thing they must to make sure is that they should work 8 hours a day. Every Friday, all the employees finish their work at noon. Then they can have a short vacation begin in that afternoon if they want. And company provides place to staff to do exercises or sleep for a short time. I think that’s all the measures which can help employees raise efficiency. It’s also a good way for companies to keep their employees.
