hysterical (adj)-癔病性, unable to control your feelings or behaviour because you are extremely frightened, angry, excited, etc.:
E.g.: Calm down, you’re getting hysterical.
E.g.: The police were accused of hysterical over-reaction.
E.g.: hysterical laughter (= uncontrolled laughter)
