thesis (n): 1-a long piece of writing on a particular subject, especially one that is done for a higher college or university degree:
E.g.: a doctoral thesis (= for a PhD)

charisma (n): 1-a personal attractiveness or interestingness that enables you to influence others
E.g.: To be a great leader, a person has to have some charisma.

charismatic (adj): having  charisma
E.g.: a charismatic leader
