F2F Class Notes (Nemo)[W]

Writing exercise

In attachment the checklist of today Inspection.
According to your needs, in order to save time and check more goods ( Tony arrived at factory only at 20.00) I focused on the main problem avoiding to check in details the little crooked problem or the non perfect shaping of the products.
Main problem are still the open seam (listed in the checklist on the 2nd point). and the uncutted threads.
As I wrote on whats App is not possible to participate the loading as the CNY timing for the cut off is very dangerous time (potentially can miss the vessel if custom check the goods and the container don’t arrive early at port).
Today fty reworked Penguin and Philip check 100 reworked pcs checking particularly for critical defects.
Tomorrow I’ll push the fty to rework the lion packed yesterday, in the meantime we will continue with inspection and will try to follow each table continuously to get the best quality we can.
I have no other weapon in my hands now so if we wanna ship tomorrow evening this is the best solution we can provide to rise as much as we can the production for this first batch.

We will keep in touch tomorrow during the day until the container arrive in the fty and until production will end

In the attachment you’ll find a checklist of today’s Inspection.
According to your needs, in order to save time and inspect more goods ( Tony arrived at factory only at 20.00) I focused on the main problem avoiding to check in details the little crooked problem or the non perfect shaping of the products.
Main problems are still the open seam (listed in the checklist as the 2nd point). and the uncut threads/ untrimmed threads.

As I wrote to you on Whatsapp During the Spring Festival, there is a great risk of being unable to obtain the customs clearance. (potentially we can miss the vessel if  the  customs inspection, goods and container cannot arrive to the port on time.
Today the fty reworked Penguin and Philip checked 100 reworked pcs -checking particularly for the critical defects.
Tomorrow I’ll push the fty to rework the lion packed yesterday, in the meantime we will continue with inspection and will try to monitor each one of the tables continuously in order  to get the best quality we can.

In order to dispatch our current order on time the best solution would be to increase the production of the first batch as much as possible

We will stay in touch tomorrow during the day until the container arrives at the fty and until the production is finalized
