Vocabulary

consecutive (adj): Consecutive events, numbers, etc. follow one after another without an interruption:
E.g.: This is the fifth consecutive weekend that I’ve spent working.
E.g.: Unemployment has risen again for the third consecutive month.

toxin (n): 1-a poisonous substance, especially one produced by bacteria, that causes disease
E.g.: Botox is a toxin

sacrifice (v) 牺牲, to give up something for something else considered more important:
E.g.: He sacrificed his vacations to work on his book.
2-to give up something that is valuable to you in order to help another person:
E.g.: Many women sacrifice interesting careers for their families.

surgeon (n): 1-a doctor who is specially trained to perform medical operations
E.g.: The surgeon did everything in her power to save him.

implant (n): 植入物, an organ, group of cells, or device that has been put into the body in a medical operation:
E.g.: breast/heart valve implants

filler (n): 填充剂, a substance that is injected (= put with a needle) into the skin as a beauty treatment, to hide wrinkles (= lines or folds in the skin caused by age)
