Vocabulary

care for someone (v): 1- to protect someone or something and provide the things they need, especially someone who is young, old, or ill:
E.g.: The children are being cared for by a relative.
E.g.: She can’t go out to work because she has to stay at home to care for her elderly mother.

preference (n): 1-the fact that you like something or someone more than another thing or person:
E.g.: Her preference is for comfortable rather than stylish clothes.
E.g.: I have a preference for sweet food over spicy.

expectation (n): 1-the feeling or belief that something will or should happen:
E.g.: Considering his grades, there is little expectation of his getting into medical school.
