Vocabulary

spice (n): 1-香料

parallel (adj): 1-If two or more lines, streets, etc. are parallel, the distance between them is the same all along their length:
E.g.: Draw a pair of parallel lines.
E.g.: Hills Road is parallel to Mill Road.

rectangle (n): 1-a flat shape with four 90° angles and four sides, with opposite sides of equal length
E.g.: The area (P) of a rectangle is its height times its width.
E.g.: The rectangle is 5 cm long and 1.9 cm wide.

international (adj): 1- involving more than one country:
E.g.: international politics
E.g.: an international team of scientists
E.g.: She was the boss of a large international company.

opposite (adj): 1-being in a position on the other side; facing:
E.g.: My brother and I live on opposite sides of the city.
E.g.: The map on the opposite page shows where these birds commonly breed.
E.g.: They sat at opposite ends of the table (to/from each other), refusing to talk.

trigonometry (n): 1-a type of mathematics that deals with the relationship between the angles and sides of triangles, used in measuring the height of buildings, mountains, etc.:
E.g.: Trigonometry concerns the functions of angles, such as sine, cosine, and tangent.
