agility (n): 1-the ability to move about quickly and easily:
E.g.: A top-rated football player, he combines speed and agility.

agile (adj): 1-able to move your body quickly and easily:
E.g.: Monkeys are very agile climbers.
E.g.: You need to have agile fingers to do this kind of work.

outrun (v): 1-to move faster or further than someone or something:
E.g.: The men easily outran the police officer who was chasing them.
