liver (n): 1-a large organ in the body that cleans the blood and produces bile, or this organ from an animal used as meat
E.g.: He died of liver failure.

failure (n): 1-the fact of someone or something not succeeding:
E.g.: The meeting was a complete/total failure.
E.g.: Their attempt to climb Everest ended in failure.
gag (v): almost vomit-作呕 1-to experience the sudden uncomfortable feeling of tightness in the throat and stomach that makes you feel like you are going to vomit:
