Experienced hire is a generic term that refers to anyone brought into the firm with other experience in industry or another firm. It just means you weren’t a campus hire.
-The scale usually goes A1 (campus hire) A2 (Experienced Hire) A3 (Experienced Hire) S1 (New senior) S2, S3 (Experienced Senior) M1 (New Manager)

stakeholder (n): 1-a person or group of people who own a share in a business
2-a person such as an employee, customer, or citizen who is involved with an organization, society, etc. and therefore has responsibilities towards it and an interest in its success

stock (n): 1-the amount of money that a company has through selling shares to people:
E.g.: They own 20 percent of the company’s stock.
​2-part of the ownership of a company that can be bought by members of the public:
E.g.: Stock prices fell yesterday in heavy trading.
E.g.: She buys and sells stocks and shares.

stock exchange (n): 1-a place where shares in companies are bought and sold, or the organization of people whose job is to do this buying or selling: 2-stock market
E.g.: They bought some shares on the London stock exchange.
E.g.: Stock markets around the world are reacting to news of the US president’s announcement.

pension (n): 1-an amount of money paid regularly by the government or a private company to a person who does not work any more because they are too old or have become ill:
E.g.: us a government pension
E.g.: uk a state pension.
E.g.: He won’t be able to draw (= receive) his pension until he’s 65.
