Renovate (v): 1- to repair and improve something, especially a building:
E.g.: He renovates old houses and sells them at a profit.

renovation (n): 1- the process of repairing and improving a building so that it is in good condition again, or the improvements that are carried out:
We have a commitment that the city will only carry out new construction and renovation that meets green building principles.

starving (adj): 1- very hungry 2- dying because of not having enough food.

addiction (n): 1- the need or strong desire to do or to have something, or a very strong liking for something
E.g.: He has an addiction to alcohol.
