Speaking exercise

It happened this afternoon… I made a phone call to one of my suppliers in order to ask for quotation for my new business. A women picked up my phone, I told her all information about my cargo and I requested an airfreight rate. But she said,  ‘You should send me an email and tell me all the details about your shipment, I cant write it down. I think that she is really impolite, and her voice like she woke up just now. I turned off my phone and I choose to use other supplier as the agent of my shipment. In the evening , her boss called me and he made explanation about this afternoon’s conversation, he said, his staff got pregnant, so her manners are not good. Actually I totally  can’t  accept it. I think that as a supplier, you can’t communicate with your client in such a bad way, even if you got pregnant. It’s really not professional.
