Vocabulary

sidewalk (n): 1-a path with a hard surface on one or both sides of a road, that people walk on:
E.g.: Keep on the sidewalk, Rosie, there’s a good girl.

superstition (n): 1-belief that is not based on human reason or scientific knowledge, but is connected with old ideas about magic, etc.:
E.g.: According to superstition, if you walk under a ladder it brings you bad luck.

rare (adj): 1- not common; very unusual:
E.g.: The museum is full of rare and precious treasures.
E.g.: Talent like hers is rare in someone so young.

talent (n): 1-(someone who has) a natural ability to be good at something, especially without being taught:
E.g.: Her talent for music showed at an early age.
E.g.: His artistic talents were wasted in his boring job.

talented (adj): 1-with talent; able or skillful:
E.g.: a talented painter/pianist
