Dear Managers,

For the past April, we have made some progress on the complaint KPI for Sales Areas. It means we can reach the handling-time request from our side.
Moreover, according to the Global complaint principle,we spent a lot of time on level up our complaint content before. It impacted most of our sales engineers’ behaviour quietly.
We need your continual support to keep the current progress such as constructive suggestion from Product managers, better complaint problem description from Sales engineers,in-time return of samples from customers and etc.

You can see the KPI result in the ppt file as attached above.
And below information is credit notes we received for the last four months and debit note we paid for design office’s error.

Any question,pls contact me freely!
Thanks!

Dear Managers,

Last the past April, we have made some progress on the complaint KPIs for Sales Areas. It means we can now meet the handling-time requirements on our side.
Moreover, according to the Global complaint principle, we have spent a lot of time on leveling up our complaint description already. It has impacted most of our sales engineers’ behavior quite naturally.

We need your continual support to keep the current progress, such as constructive suggestions from Product Managers, better complaint problem descriptions from Sales Engineers, timely return of samples from customers and etc.

You can see the KPI results in the ppt file as attached above.

And the information below is credit notes we received in the last four months and the debit note we paid for the design office’s errors.

If you have any question, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
Thanks !
