During the spring festival we will participate this traditional holiday. This year in order to protect air quality, government didn’t allowed people play the fireworks. Government didn’t let people play fireworks in the heartland of the city. You cant feel the traditional atmosphere during the spring festival. But in the past years when the government didn’t announce that policies during the spring festival you can see people set off fireworks everywhere. If you working in the street at night, you can see a lot of people. Most are children, they like fireworks, and you can hear a lot of laughing in street. At new years ever people will finish their dinner early then they will sit in front of the tv and see the tv shows. At that night, most people will not go out, they just stay at home with families. At the fifth day of this holiday. It was a day Chinese people will welcome the god of wealth. Its a Chinese god which can bring you a lot of treasure. So at that early morning people will also set up fireworks to welcome the god of wealth.

At New Years Eve, people will finish their dinner early, and sit down to watch TV. That night most people will not go out, they just stay at home with their families. On the fifth day of Spring Festival, Chinese people will welcome the God of Wealth. It it a Chinese god which people believe can bring you a lot of treasure. That day, early in the morning, people will also set up fireworks to welcome the God of Wealth.

The pro’s for my new job
I responsible for all employees’ salary and benefit, not just sales people.
I can see a lot of data which I didn’t have the right to see before.
It is an new industry for me, so I learned some new.
The work time is better than before.

The con’s for my new job
It has a lot of junior work to do, which was I did during my first job.
Due to the confidential policy, I need to negotiate salaries with candidates, which was recruiting staff’s work in my previous companies.

The pro’s for my new job:
I will be responsible for all employees’ salaries and benefits, not just sales people.
I will be able to access a lot of data which I didn’t have the right to access before.
It is an new industry for me, so I will learn a new skillset.
The working hours suit my schedule better than my old job

The con’s for my new job:
It involves a lot of junior work, which I have already done at my first job.
Due to the confidentiality policy, I will need to negotiate salaries with candidates. At my previous company, this was the role of the recruitment staff.
