As a role of learning and development manager in current company, i think this topic could be splitted into two perspectives to exposite.
first point is from company side, what should the company do?
for instance: systematic on-boarding training and experience/regular one-on-one feedback mechanisms with line manager/buddy systerm to support new employees
Second point is from the employees’ side, what should the new staff do?
for instance: clearly carrer path or work target/fully involved mindset/never stop learning/brave to start the communication.
