tanned: exposed to the sun and dark
e.g., she’s quite tanned after her trip to Thailand.
suburb: areas surrounding city centre
e.g., i live in the suburb with my parents.
introvert: someone shy about expressing themselves
resident: people living in certain place
end up doing: eventually do something
e.g., we ended up paying a 5,000 rmb fine.
