do you think Little Red Book being so popular is a good thing or a bad thing? why?

In China，Most of young people will choose to work in a big city to develop in the future. Then in our job，we also need to face some situation that must to face. First ,I really don’t like that some companies are always devided internally. That feel so tired. Because all of the work is a huge challenge，that we already need to spend a lot of time to finish. If there have other things, even something stupid. Then I will be sick of this job soon. I am choose a job in there，That I just hope I can earn this money and finish all my work. I don’t want to guess what you are thinking. Actually，this problem always come out in more company. For now，If I will face this situation，I will keep alone and keep neutrality. And I will try my best to leave away this problem. I just want to finish my work and just for those money.

For now，If I will am faced with this situation，I will keep alone not join any parties and keep neutrality. And I will try my best to leave stay away from this problem. I just want to finish my work and just for those earn that damn money.
