I think I admire my former leader. I think one characteristic she have but I do not have is she can easily communicate with higher level managers. She can make friends with them and at the same time she has her own principles. I think that the balance, if you working with high managers, you know you need to have the power to stand your ground. But also they can agree your opinion, they can follow your suggestions. I think I want to be a person like her but it’s hard. So sometimes I will talking with her and also I has good speaking skills. Her response is quickly. Because we are in the financial team and we are in a monthly meeting, and I will always see her argue, fight.

I think that there should be a good balance when you are working with higher level/upper level management/ senior managers, you know you need to have the power/ability to stand your ground. At the same time, they should  agree with your opinion, and are willing to follow your suggestions. I think I want to be a person someone like her, but it’s hard. So sometimes I will talking to her. Also, I think she has good speaking skills. Her response is quickly/fast. Because we are in the financial team and when we are in a monthly meeting, and I will always see her argue fight. 

In this February my husband and my husband’s parents and my daughter, we take road trip to Yunnan province and back. We spent 20 days for the trip and travelled about 7000km there and back. I think it’s too tired. It’s better for the road trip because it’s better for when we want to go anywhere and stop when we want. I think next time we can fly to Yunnan and rent a car there because it is too tired.
