My name is Wang Yue, but also you can call me Chloe so it is easy to remember. I am 25 years old, I work for China Eastern airlines for about 2 years. Before I became a cabin crew, I had two years experience in project cost management. It was lonely – always facing to the computer. Now I love being a flight attendant because we always work as a team.

Last flight I meet a passenger. He wants to put his medicine in our fridge. But, our company’s policy don’t allow that. So he was angry, the whole time. He don’t want to speak to us, just want manager come. But, manager was too busy so I give him a bag of ice and help him save the medicine properly. I told him that if the ice melt, I will bring new ice to him. I showed him the company policy on my phone. He understand and thanks for my help.
