Annual dinner

In my company, we have a lot of employees in Shanghai, more than 1000. We held our annual dinner in Shanghai Center, we only used the second floor of the building for the annual dinner. Most important for annual dinner is lucky draw, I haven’t got anything in this year. Last year, I got 5000 cash, but the biggest draw was cash for 10,000. We have so many people, every time the food is not delicious because it’s very difficult to cook about 120 tables in a very quick time. I remember 10 years ago, our department like to performance at annual dinner, but now we are not young. Most of employees don’t like to performance at annual dinner, they need to take care of their children after work and have no time to rehearsal. We will award the long service employee at annual dinner, in the last year, we gave them cash directly, but this year, economic not very good in China, we used the golden coin to replace cash, but the value is 1/3 of the cash, so our employee is not very satisfied with this change, but they can’t anything to change it.
