i am, you are, he is, she is, we are , they are  + verb ING. 

we have waiting for him –> we are waiting for him.

Q: should smoking be allowed in public?

A: In public, when you smoking, i think it’s legal, because nobody care someone smoking in the public. if meeting guys smoking, you can get away. i can’t smoking so i’m neutral.

i think it should be allowed to smoke in public, because nobody cares when someone else smokes in public. if you see a guy who smokes, you can get away. I can’t smoke/ I don’t know how to smoke.
