I bought the classes in May and because I have prepared my examination so I stopped my class. Now, I took the test so I restart the class. I plana a tight schedule to the end of the year. I have two English classes and four fitness classes a week. I can only rest one day a week.At the beginning, I went to the private class to lose weight, because I have a fat paunch, and my goal was to reduce my weight to 47kg. But now it’s mainly for improving the health, I don’t think much about losing weight.I really can’t control my mouth.My personel trainner always asks me to send him pictures of meals, but I don’t. Because he will point out that this cannot be eaten, that cannot be eaten.Since I never exercise, my body is very unstable. I fall easily when doing squats.I can only do very basic moves now, hoping that my strength and immunity will increase after one month.
