What motivates you? In China, most men are motivated by their wife or children because they need a lot of  are pressured to have sufficient money for shopping, to education, to raise the family. The only thing for men is The traditional route available to men is to try his best earning as much money as he can. The stress of Chinese men is very heavy. I actually haven’t made many changes in myself since I had my first child, so perhaps I was already very mature. When men have their first child and start a family , they usually change behaviors and act more maturely. The education systems are different from country to country. In Europe and US the education system is stronger and it also continues over a longer period of time, from 3-University age. Age 3- 25. Do you think that education should be free? In China, it is very expensive to invest in your child’s education from a young age to the graduation of university.

Sometimes I need to interview some candidates, but it’s been a long time since I last interviewed someone. If you work as an interviewer, you will feel more relaxed than the interviewee, because you just need to ask questions, and the interviewee needs to think of an answer in a very short time, and they need to pay attention to your facial expressions. Usually we don’t express any facial expressions to show our professional work attitude. Sometimes, candidates exaggerate their work experience. They take credits for the entire project when they only played a small role. So you need to use some interview skills to distinguish whether or not he is lying. We have an interview model:STAR. The easy way to distinguish is to ask some questions, ask candidates to describe their work experience and deep dig into their details. If they can’t answer the questions directly, or they need a lot of time to think before they speak, we can come to a conclusion that it’s not his personal experience he should not be credited for the achievement.
