As an employee/a professional who has more than 10 years of work experience, I think more about the company culture when choosing a job/an employer.
I have very multiple work experiences both in local and international companies, the biggest difference is in the way employers care for their employees.
Good culture means giving respect to the staff, believing in the values of their own, giving them the chance to voice their opinions, fully considering their requests, and caring about their personal development instead of only focusing on the sales increase.
