Writing exercise

I have been in therapy for over one year with a very experienced psychologist.
The original of the matter is the break up with my ex-girlfriend, we broke up peacefully but we all knew there were lots of realistic factors that lead to this result.
The key reason is that we were both not brave enough to move our relationship into the next stage.
And then I fell like a mess and started to develop a crush another colleague, it was a painful experience, I didn’t know if she was into girls and I received no response from her side.
Combining the above reasons, I began to fall into crazy self-doubt, doubted my image, personality and working competency.
The theraphy helped me to begin to accept myself again, by turning my eyes from others to myself. I found the root of the problem and started to love myself.
Now it seems that I still have not accepted myself completely, but I started to not criticise myself before all else, and I now accept my own imperfections.
I think if I have time, I will continue with the therapy, it real works.
