just talking about the action plan.

currently we still don’t receive any messages from global side. so still waiting, but i think if we have the chance, we will do like this,
Focus on the actual behavior, don’t give implication or assumption.
for my part, the most difficult thing is feeling weakness when push project. when i want to launch sth, always get the swing answer, can’t get the direct and clear instruction.
then from general level, to be a leader, they need to tranfer clear messages and communicate efficient, and then give support, at last, be a role model. looking at my boss now, i can’t see anything from these parts.
but after so many compliants, i think the most important is focus on what i could do, switch the angle of observation. i need to complete these following things in the company:
set up the learning systerm for office and retail management staff.
participate in talent program, need to persuade my boss to start PDP/and talent review, define staff into three level, equip with corresponding learning programs
bulit close communication with line managers of these talent satff, real help staff to development.

Then from general point of view, to be a leader, they need to deliver clear messages and to communicate efficiently, and then provide support. At last, to be a good leader, you need to be a good role model for your team. When I look at my boss now, I can’t see any of these traits in him.
But after so many complaints, i think the most important thing is to focus on what I can do, change my perspective/my way of looking at things. I need to complete these following projects at the company:
set up the learning systerm for the office and retail management staff.
participate in the talent program, I need to persuade my boss to start PDP/and talent review, select designated staff and categorize them into three levels, and have them participate in corresponding learning programs.
Ensure close communications with the line managers of these talent staff, to provide them with pragmatic/practical training and support they need to grow in the company.
