Last Thursday was Michel’s birthday so we had / put on / organised / held a party / gathering / get together at a bar on Saturday night / evening.
We invited / got all of our friends together to come to / attend / join / participate in the/his party. (And) Michel got / received / was given 3 birthday presents from them, one jacket, one PS4 game and two bottles of wine. I bought / purchased a chocolate cake for him and I put one number 3 and one number 1 candle on it. After / at the end / towards the end, all of our friends / the whole group / all of us sang “Happy birthday”, we shared the cake with them. Then we went to KTV to continue to celebrate. We had a good / amazing / great / incredible time that day.
