I have a student she always complains. when she came me to my gym, every time when I let her do some exercise she always says I don’t have energy, I can’t do this action, she often didn’t do that lessons I prepare for her, I said we just start don’t give up. From the start to the end. Each time I have to give her more motivation to do exercise, when we have done this class she ask me how many calories she burned? I said you burned around 400 calories. She felt very happy and she believe that if she keeps the exercising three times a week she will be successful the losing weight.
