Use the vocabulary from today in some writing about the gym and the food you eat.

When I am in the gym, I run and do weights for 2 hours. First, I run and then do weights. I use running machine. I think running is good for my body / health. I think weights is good for my muscle. After I go to change room to shower to wash my hair with shampoo. I think the shampoo is comfortable.
