I just wanted to say thank you so much for your patience and understanding on the recent defective item issue that you found in the US outdoor show. When I receive any emails regarding QC issues, my team and I feel powerless and unable to help, and despite all of our best efforts, issues like this remain from time to time. I understand that it must be very frustrating to uncover these kinds of things at the last moment, and I wish I could do more to prevent them.
