B:Not bad,how about you,##?

A:I am good.Have you read the news from yesterday?

B:Yes,I read one article/story about a Chinese tourist misbehaving abroad.

A:Yes,I read the news also, tourism plays an important role in building brigdes of mutual appreciation, respect and friendship, which has a positive effect on world peace. More and more Chinese go abroad for traveling with the economy develops. I find it so embarrassing to see Chinese tourists behaving badly abroad.

B:Have you ever seen or heard of Chinese people misbehaving abroad?

A:Of course, they speak loudly in public places, carve characters on tourist attractions, throw rubbish, spit everywhere and so on.  What do you think are the main causes?

B:I think cultural differences, individual differences in behavior can cause uncivilized behavior.Tourists have poor environmental consciousness and low ecological ethics,so they vandalize and misbehave in places of importance. Such bad behavior overseas has caused great damage to the image of the Chinese people and our country as well. We need to learn something from it, do you think it is right?

A:Yes, measures should be taken to stop this. First, before going abroad, tourists should be trained to obey social and public order, and respect all local religions and customs. Besides, it is a good idea to teach kids to be responsible citizens starting from kindergarten.

B:You forgot the most important thing. We need criminal punishment laws to punish those who behave badly especially when abroad. When someone spits in public, we impose a fine and make them clean it up or deduct points on their credit record.

A:Yeah, this is a good way to sum up the problem so long as the tourists overseas behave, they can definitely win respect for themselves and China.

B:I agree with your opinion. Every Chinese citizen has to be concious.

Dear Mr. & Mrs. ______,

I have worked as a teacher’s aid in an English training school in China for one school year. I really developed a passion for kids. The age group we taught was from 4-10 years old. I was in charge of the daily care of children. We cooked and took care of the children sometimes from morning until late evening. I love being playful with the kids and teaching them new things. I have had my driver’s license for 5 years.

Personally, I am health-conscious and a non-smoker. I am hardworking, reliable and trustworthy. I have a genuine interest in the well-being of children, I love interacting and playing with them. I do not easily tire or stress out as I am very patient with kids.

In my free time I like to make Do-it-yourself projects and craft. I really enjoy cooking Chinese food and have taken cooking classes.

I am willing to commit to three or more months care taking and looking after your home or animals. The possibility of living in Brisbane as an Aupair is quite exciting for me. I respect the household rules, and I am considerate of a family’s privacy. I speak good English and I am generally cheerful and easy to live with.

If my skills and experience please you, I am available to discuss your expectations in an interview at your convenience.

Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,

Sherry J.
