Vocabulary

sweat/sweaty(verb and noun)- when you are hot and your body produces liquid on your skin

eg. When I run I sweat.

eg. Wow! You are really sweaty/sweating.

act– behave

eg. You act like an adult. You behave like an adult.

My favorite toy.

My favorite type of toy is a toy car. My grandfather gave me my favorite one. You can make it move by itself when you wind the wheels up that’s why it is my favorite toy. I have had it for two months.

It is pink and purple. It is 20 cm long. I have much bigger cars but I like this one the most because it is the fastest. I  share my cars with Jeff. I like to have speed competitions with my cars. Jeff and I race the cars against each other. The winner gets to pick whatever car they want to keep. I usually win that is why I have more cars. I guess Jeff needs to practice more and get faster cars. Sometimes I pretend to lose so Jeff doesn’t feel bad.
