Vocabulary

winding road– a road with many turns

eg. The highway one in the U.S. is a winding road.

fake– not real

eg. Qiandao lakes is a fake lake.

hot spring– natural water that comes up from the ground (thermal water pools)

eg. Yellowstone and Colorado have many hot springs.

aloha– hello in Hawaiian

traverse– to go along the side of a mountain

eg. Skiers traverse the mountains.

The western US. I travelled to the western part of the US.

It is very scenic.

There was many snow. – There was a lot of snow.

If there is too much snow it is not safely– It’s not safe

There are so many beach. There are so many beaches.

I stopped and had a picture. I stopped here and took a picture.

This year I didn’t go to anywhere. This year I haven’t gone anywhere.
