一般现在时：

办公室里有一个沙发，一个电脑还有一个书架

The office has a sofa, a computer and a bookshelf.

我周末一般在后院里面踢足球，种花花，还喜欢烧饭。大部分时间也会去健身房。

I usually play soccer in my backyard, plant flowers and cook on the weekend, mostly go to gym.

现在进行时：

我正坐在秘鲁的一个沙滩上，我正在喝着柠檬茶，太阳在照耀着，非常开心

I am sitting on a beach in Peru ,I am drinking lemonade,  the sun is shining, very happy

the 的用法

1: 已经在前文提到过的名词，就避免重复，直接用the来指代

2: 人们熟知的日子、地点、任务。eg. the weekend, the spring festival, the statue of liberty

时间段：in the morning, in the afternoon, at night, at noon
