Make a plan for your next speech

Prepare the PPT of speech in advance
First, I need to search the related material and discuss with my boss for the PPT.
After then, I will make the PPT carefully, and ensure its content professional and perfect.

Be able to remember the whole content of PPT if I can’t watch it.
I will break the PPT up into 3 and I spend some time on understanding and reciting them as soon as possible.
such as, when I’m not very busy at work and after work. Until I can speak to it fluently.

Practice controlling speak rate and keep smile to people during the speech
I can give the speech to myself face the mirror, in this way I can adjust my facial expression if I forget smiling.
Meanwhile, I also set an alarm to control my speak rate.
