When I saying ” I need to lose weight “,Michel always think about I should do cardio that can helps me, but I am stubborn that I never follow his idea because I think I can not keep do cardio and I don’t have a good self-discipline, I think the yoga for me ,it’s enough. Everytimes, we talk about this,we are fight. So Michel put very angry on me that is discipline.
