I met a candidate in Thursday on Friday. He went to our company for a training manager position and he late several minutes and I called headhunter – is there any problem for this candidate because I called him, he cut my phone / he didn’t answer the phone – and headhunter said “I think it should be fine because she asked this candidate last day and everything no change.

And then this candidate come in and first time I saw, I think he looked like a actor who is famous in China and then we continued interviewed presence / process and finish. The sales director think the candidate is perfect but this guy is not interesting in our position and Friday morning, one of my friend wechat me and asked how is the interview about this one. I said how do you knowed and I found actually i know this candidate before, in several years agoed, we attend one activity together.

He know me but i don’t remember the face for him.

And then this candidate came in and the first time I saw him, I thought he looked like a famous Chinese actor.
We did the interview. The sales director thought the candidate was perfect but this guy was not interested in our position.
On Friday morning, one of my friends wechatted me and asked how the interview went. I said: “How do you know?” and I realized that I actually knew this candidate several years ago, as we had attended a sports game together.

He knew me but I didn’t remember his face.
