As you know, today’s afternoon I received the illegal information sent by the 12123 app. At first, I was so surprised about it, because I have parked my car in this spot for several times and I thought this spot should be safety.

But after I paid my fine, I realized maybe I wouldn’t go to this restaurant by car. The fact proves the spot recommended by manager isn’t safe.

Most traffic cameras has instant angle, instant direction. Two days before, maybe its direction is towards different side of the road. But after this Monday, its direction has been adjusted towards another side of road. That’s why my car plate was in the photo.
