somebody = someone= affirmative

I don’t know anybody. = I know nobody
I didn’t see anyone = I saw no one.

I didn’t see anything = I saw nothing.
I haven’t seen anything special = I have seen nothing special.
Anybody, Anyone, Anytime, Anywhere = not specific, “every”
Anyone can learn foreign languages. You just need to work hard.
