They don’t realize the implication of it. Most young people who quit school early will have very low income compared to those who graduate with a bachelor’s degree, and a large number/proportion of them become unemployed.

As the demand of skilled employees in the market increases, people who dropped out early should catch up as much as possible to meet the companies’ expectations.
