Boys and girls, It’s my honor to be here. I will give you a brief introduction, I’m Caroline C. The abbreviation of my family name is C. It stands for Chen. I like egg tarts so much, but one of my favorite deserts is eclairs, especially chocolate eclairs. Initially I was not a girl who liked sweets. I believe it is not a very good habit to keep eating a lot of sweets, so I will change. I believe in a more healthy way even though I don’t have a precedent for that lifestyle.However in a country that primarily speaks English, people prefer doughnuts to egg tarts, maybe due to the fact that they don’t have a lineage of bakers in China.

I am a big fan of egg tarts, but one of my favorite deserts is eclairs, especially the chocolate ones.

I didn’t initially have a sweet tooth but I have become dangerously addicted to candy since I moved to Shanghai. I know it is not the best habit out there, so I am working on fixing it.

I want to live in a healthier way even though (I must admit) that’s something that is pretty new to me.

However, in countries that primarily speak English, people prefer donuts to egg tarts.

Maybe due to the fact that they don’t have a lineage of bakers in China, most donuts here don’t have the authentic and genuine taste.
