Attached are the check list and main relevant photos for Berkel knives at Wansheng on Jun 7th.

Today factory did not pack new products, they just started to rework the packed knives this afternoon. they rewoked about 1080pcs, after reworking the minor defects still a bit beyond AQL

Factory did not pack our goods this two days(Tuesday and Wednesday),  So the packed kinves still are about 2800pcs(need to rework)

I found thar almost all workers are wroking for “tcc” goods, (not “tcc” give them orders directly)

I think this factory don’t care our company at all, this factory also can’t meet our quantity and quality. they also lie to us (e.g. they said because of government reasons the production will slow down, the weather is too hot the government put some restrictions, the truth is that factory arranged most of workers to produce “tcc” goods, so our production slowed down), they also lie to me about the quality control, they say one thing then do another, it is very hard to work with them.

Today the factory did not pack new products, they just started to rework the previously packed knives this afternoon. They reworked approximately 1080 pieces, upon reworking the minor defects, the knives were slightly alove AQL.

The factory did not pack our goods on Tuesday or Wednesday, therefore the approximately 2800 pieces remain to be reworked.

I found that the majority of the workers work for TCC, however TCC does not give them direct orders.

I do not believe that this factory can sufficiently meet our requirements in terms of quantity and quality.

The factory has lied regarding the reasons why production will slow down. We were advised that this is due to government policy around ‘excessive heat’ in the factory, however this is not the case. It is in fact due to producing “TCC” goods at the same time that effected our production timing.

Another point that they have been untruthful regarding is quality control, they advise that they are able to meet a certain standard then neglect to fulfill this entirely. It is very challenging to cooperate with them.
