in a lawsuit

a fine line between A & B = A & B are very close, telling them apart is sometimes hard – It’s hard to draw the line

It’s a fine line between genius and insanity.

There’s a fine line between being confident and being boastful.

draw the line = set what is acceptable and what isn’t

Of course, people should be free to use their money the way they want, but we should also help less fortunate people through taxes. It’s a bit hard to draw the line between freedom and solidarity.

What influence will it bring to Mias if we bring in a lawsuit against them?
3，如果影响很大，为什么Mias不愿和解？是否因为他们有把握会赢？他们为什么会如此有把握？
Why wouldn’t Mias want a reconciliation if they will be deeply affected by a lawsuit? Are they pretty confident of winning the lawsuit? If so, what makes them so sure about it?
