Q: Tell me about a difficult work situation
A: Sometimes communicating with my boss is a hard thing. because I need to prepare some data and report, and express myself by the results or the analysis. Sometimes the boss ask me situation of loan. I need to express what’s the situation of the loan, what’s going on in the future, and how we will handle it, what problems we might face. After I express myself, they have no feedback and no reaction. I’m not quite sure if I expressed myself clearly.

A: Sometimes communicating with my boss is a hard thing/painful task/makes me feel painful/is/can be difficult for me. In my work, I often need to prepare data and report, and present (to my boss and coworkers) results or the analysis. Sometimes the boss asks me about our loans. I need to express what’s the situation of the loan, what will/might happen in the future, and how we would handle any problems we might face. After I express myself, I would get/they would give no feedback and no reaction, so I always doubt myself.
