Yes, I think people should have a religion.
Religion can restrain our behavior and be more kind to other people. When I fight with someone else, If I don’t have a religion, I might speak bad words to him.
But if I have a religion, it reminds me to be generous and kind.
But if I have a religion, it would remind me to be generous and kind.

If I am Christian, when I am not happy or I have some of the madness, I can tell God.
I can join a church where we have the same religion, and we can grow up together and help each other.

I have a colleague, she used to be a introverted person and I think she may have had depression. A few months ago, she started to take part in/join the Christ party. Now she is cheerful and talkative/chatty.
