Q: What do you feel is your strength and weakness? illustrate with detailed examples
A: I think recovery is one of my strengths, especially on emotions at work/in my work. For an example, if we had an argument with clients and she..Sometimes we are not fair or respect by the clients in communication. Such as, the client brief key visual in Redtone but she wouldn’t admit she had a such a brief before, so she tried to find any excuse to blame on the agency side.

A: I think I am a very calm and composed person, which I think is very important in any line of work. When I meet a difficult situation in work – when I get criticism for my work, or when I meet a particularly difficult client – I’m able to compartmentalize my emotions and remain professional at all times. For example… being able to deal with any problems at all times… never let anything affect my work. Remain positive and realistically optimistic.

Q: Tell me about your vision for your career.
A: I used to think I will work in advertising industry till retirement/I retire. But I’m a person like a tree. I always want to learn something new in my career, so I had took a lot of challenging positions before, such as being a partner in a company, build up my own team from nothing, etc. Down the line, I would like to looking some opportunity from brand side, because I never experienced before.
