Perks: anything that’s not a part of your salary, but you get on top of it.
Ex: free lunch, company car.
Ex: Is there any perks at your new company?
Expectations: someone wants or assumes you will do something.
Ex: There is an expectation that married people will have children.
Ex: There is an expectation to have my own house.
Always promotion – always getting promoted
Resign: to quit your job.
Ex: I resigned from my job two weeks ago.
Ex: I gave my boss my resignation letter.
Transition period: a time period between changes.
Ex: There will be a transition period at work once I leave.
Accountability: to be responsible, to always ensure the right thing gets done.
Ex: Accountability is important to look for in a new employee.
Attributes: a characteristic, or personality trait.
Ex: Employers must look for employees with good attributes.
